TITOUAN CONFINED TO TAHITI

Titouan was on a trip to Polynesia when the news of the French confinement fell on March 17. He therefore cancelled his return to the hexagon planned at the same time. In recent years, Tahiti and the archipelagos of East Polynesia have become his new home port and the land of his itinerant workshop. During this period of particular isolation, he has taken up residence in Tahiti, in a fare (traditional house) amidst plants and birds. His daily life there was devoted to painting and writing in preparation for his next exhibition at the Museum of Tahiti and the Islands, scheduled for the spring of 2021.
From the southern hemisphere, Titouan wishes great courage to those who are too numerous to be confined to the open air. He hopes to meet you again very soon, in France or in Polynesia for new encounters around his works.
